    @BaneOfFreeSpeech WoW was based off of Everquest.

    as all RPG games are based off the DnD system. And I don’t think wow was BASED off of it. Did it semi replicate it. yes. character control, 3rd person, but can you completely create an MMORPG without using anything from a previous one? No.
